As you all know by now, I love chicken wings. I am always trying to come up with new versions and after those grilled chicken thighs (previous post), I knew that marinate would be a good start.

cayenne

¾ tsp cayenne

chili powder

1 tsp chili powder

black peppercorn

1 tsp black peppercorn

salt

2 tsp salt

parsley

1 tbsp parsley

garlic

paprika

vegetable oil

½ cup vegetable oil

chicken wing

2 lb chicken wing

Instructions

Mix it all together and marinate for at least 4 hours (I did 8). Fire up the grill, cook and eat!
