Mexican Street Corn Dip!

What you need

oz shredded cheese

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp chili powder
lime

tsp pepper

oz cream cheese

cup corn

tsp garlic powder

oz cotija cheese

tsp table salt

jalapeno

oz sour cream
Instructions
In a bowl mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, lime and spices. Set aside. In a pan, heat the butter and cook the jalapeño until soft. Add the corn and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Reduce the heat and add the cream cheese mix. Once incorporated add the shredded cheese. Once melted top with cotija and green onion.View original recipe
