Mini Chicken Tostadas

What you need

cup enchilada sauce

cup sour cream

green onion

lb skinless boneless chicken breast

cup tomatillo salsa

tbsp hot sauce

tortilla
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and full cook through. Chop into pieces, add back to the pan and heat in the enchilada sauce. (If pork of beef cook like you are making tacos). Using the can from the sauce, punch out the mini tostadas. Remove the chicken from the pan and wipe it down. Add oil and fry the tortillas until golden (about 10 seconds per side). Build the tostada, chicken and cheese. Bake at 375 for 5-7 minutes. Top with crema and green onion. Enjoy!!View original recipe
