cup rice

bunch green onion

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp butter
salmon fillet

tbsp Miso Soybean Paste

tsp fresh ginger

tbsp brown sugar

tsp salt & pepper

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Mix the butter, ginger, miso, garlic, and brown sugar together. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Spread the butter mix on the salmon and bake at 375°F for 13-16 minutes. Finish by broiling until the salmon is cooked to your liking and the top is golden. Top with green onion and red pepper flakes. Serve with rice and edamame.View original recipe
