Mongolian Beef in 15 Minutes

My absolutely favorite 15 minute dish!! Don’t believe me, it can absolutely be done in 15 minutes! That being said, if you want to add some veggies or slow things down a bit, that’s ok too!!

What you need

oz sesame seed

tsp ginger

lb ground beef

tbsp hoisin sauce

clove garlic clove

cup sugar

cup soy sauce

cup beef broth

tsp pepper

tsp red pepper flake

oz fettuccine
Instructions
Brown the beef and add the garlic and ginger when almost cooked through. Boil the pasta. Combine the sauce ingredients and add to the beef. Simmer for a more minutes then add the cooked pasta. Cook for 2 more allowing the pasta to soak up some sauce. Plate and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion! Enjoy!!View original recipe
