Monkey Bread (Gluten-Free)

Sunday morning game changer! Seriously this monkey bread is very easy to make and everyone in your house will absolutely love it. Also, if you don’t want it gluten free, just use normal flour and omit the xantham gum!

What you need

cup plain yogurt

tsp baking powder

tbsp cinnamon powder

tsp table salt

tbsp water

tbsp milk

cup powdered sugar

cup sugar

cup flour

tsp xanthan gum

tsp salt
Instructions
For the dough, Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add in the yogurt and water and mix until there are no clumps. Add some flour to the counter and knead the dough if needed. Spread out to about 1” thick and punch out 1” circles. Roll in the butter, sugar mix and add to a bread pan lined with parchment. After a flat first layer, just like them on top of each other! Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins. Remove and rest for 30 mins. Top with icing and eat!View original recipe
