What you need

pepper

tsp salt

cup beef broth

cup water

tsp dried thyme

tsp paprika

lb chuck roast

tbsp cooking oil

tsp apple cider vinegar

tsp ground cumin

onion

bay leaves

clove garlic clove

dried chili peppers
tsp dried oregano

tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Cut the roast into chunks and season well with salt, pepper, and garlic. In a Dutch oven, sear the beef on all sides with a little oil. Remove and add the water, onions, garlic, dried peppers, and 1/4c of broth. Use a spoon to deglaze and then remove the veggies and add to a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend and add the mixture back into the Dutch oven. Add two bay leaves and the meat. Bring to a simmer, cover and bake at 300 for 2.5-3 hours.
