What you need

oz pasta

tsp salt & pepper

tbsp unsalted butter

cup red wine
mushrooms

tbsp cooking oil

tbsp flour

cup sour cream

clove garlic clove

lb ground beef

onion

cup beef broth
Instructions
In your Dutch oven, heat the oil, cook the mushrooms and remove. In goes the butter and beef, cooking to no longer pink. Add the onions, garlic, flour, salt, pepper, paprika and cook for 2 mins. Pour in the wine and scrape any bits off the bottom of the pan. Bring the beef broth to a simmer, and the pasta and mushrooms and cook til Al dente.
