One Pan Burrito Bowl!

What you need

cup sour cream
guacamole

pepper

tsp salt

bunch green onion

tsp garlic powder

can canned diced tomatoes
tbsp vegetable oil

tsp chipotle chili powder

onion

cup long grain rice

lb chicken pieces

tsp onion powder

oz fire roasted tomatoes

tsp ground cumin

can black beans

cup chicken broth

tbsp paprika
Instructions
In a pan, heat 1T oil add the onion and cook. Add in the chicken, season with S&P. Once down, move to 1 half of the pan. Add the other T of oil and the rice. Cook for two minutes then add the can of tomatoes, beans, broth, and all the spices. Cover, simmer and cook for 25-30 minutes (until the rice is done).
