0 Mince the garlic and chop the shallot 1 In the pan, add the ground beef and season to taste with salt and pepper 2 Cook through and remove the grease. Add the butter, garlic, and shallot and cook until fragrant (1 min). 3 Add the tomatoes, paste, Worcestershire, and taco seasoning. Stir and cook for 2 minutes 4 Add the broth and whole milk and bring to a simmer, add the pasta, cover and simmer until cooked to al dente. 5 Add the shredded cheese, stir until melted and then plate 6 Top with any desired toppings (sour cream, avocado, etc.) 7 Enjoy!!View original recipe
