One Skillet Chicken and Rice

This meal makes Monday’s a breeze (Especially with the easy cleanup)! I definitely recommend using bone-in breasts or thighs as it will add lots of flavor. But if you don’t want to, that’s ok too! Make it yours!

What you need

pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp paprika

celery stalk

cup rice

tsp rosemary

onion

tsp dried thyme

clove garlic clove

cup heavy cream

cup parmesan cheese

bone-in chicken thighs

cup chicken broth

Instructions
Chop everything up. Season the chicken with spice blend (Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt). Sear both sides of the chicken and remove. Cook the veggies and then add the garlic and herbs (Rosemary, Thyme). Stir in the rice and then the broth, cream and cheese. Once mixed cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
