What you need

Instructions
Pre heat oven to 400. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika. In a pan heat the oil and butter. Add the salmon skin side up and cook for 3-4 minutes, flip and cook for 2-3 more, then Remove. In a bowl, mix the oj, water, honey, soy, acv, orange peels, red pepper flakes. In the same pan add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant. Add the sauce, bring to a simmer for 2 mins and then reduce heat and add the starch mixture. Once thickened to your preference, add back the salmon, spoon some on top, and add to oven at 400 for 5 minutes. Build your bowl and eat!View original recipe
