tbsp cornstarch

tsp salt & pepper

lb salmon

tbsp soy sauce

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp sugar

clove garlic clove

tsp ground ginger

Instructions
Remove the skin from the salmon and season it with salt and pepper. In a pan, sear the salmon in oil until cooked to your liking, then remove it from the pan. In the same pan or a separate one, mix together the juiced oranges, orange zest, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, corn starch, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes. Heat this sauce mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Add the seared salmon back into the pan with the thickened sauce and toss gently to coat and reheat the salmon. Serve the orange salmon over a bed of rice and with a side of your favorite veggie. Garnish with sesame seeds.View original recipe
