What you need

tsp salt

pepper

fl oz avocado oil

pork chop

tsp red pepper flake

clove garlic clove

tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
Season your pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. In your pan, add some oil on medium high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes (depending on thickness). Reduce the heat, flip and add the thyme, garlic, butter, and red pepper flakes. Give the pork chops a butter bath by continuously spooning the butter onto the pork chops. Enjoy!View original recipe
