Pan Seared Salmon w/ Lemon Cream Sauce

What you need

tsp garlic powder

bunch fresh thyme

tsp salt

clove garlic clove

cup heavy cream

tbsp butter

lb salmon

cup chicken broth
tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Chop the shallot and garlic. Slice the salmon and season with salt, pepper, garlic. Heat oil in the pan and sear the salmon. After 5 minutes (or less depending on how you like it cooked) flip. Cook for a minute more and remove. Add the butter and melt. Cook the shallot and garlic. Then add the remaining ingredients. As it thickens, add the salmon back to re-heat. Plate and serve!
