Pancetta and Rigatoni Pasta!

A little fancy, cheesy, and rich in flavor, this dish is easy to make and gives you the feel of a 5 star pasta restaurant!

What you need

oz pancetta
oz rigatoni
cup pasta water
cup romano cheese

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Slice your pancetta into pieces and cook in the oil until browned but still purpleish then remove (6-8 minutes). In the meantime, cook your rigatoni till slightly before Al dente and save 2C Pasta water. In the pan used for the pancetta add the water and pepper and reduce to 1.5C. In goes the pasta and the pancetta. Reduce the heat to low and add in the cheese. Once slightly thickened add to a plate. Top with more pepper and cheese to taste!View original recipe
