Pesto Pork Chops

This one is definitely something to add to your meal list this weekend! Easy to make, quick to cook, and overall pretty healthy! We served with some roasted red potatoes and asparagus, but you can do anything you want!

What you need

pepper

tbsp olive oil

cup fresh italian parsley

clove garlic clove
pork chop
Instructions
For the Pesto: Combine the garlic, parsley or basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. For the Pork Chops: Cut slits in the fat to keep from curling when searing. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and preheat a baking sheet. Heat a pan and cook the pork chops for 4 minutes then transfer to the baking sheet cooked side up and bake for about 6 minutes.
