What you need

onion

lb pork butt

tsp ground cumin
tbsp dried oregano

clove garlic clove

tsp table salt

tsp pepper

fresh orange juice

jalapeno
Instructions
Combine the oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin in a bowl and rub this mixture all over the pork butt. If using a slow cooker, add the seasoned pork butt, the onion, jalapeño, garlic, and the juice from the oranges to the slow cooker. Cook on low for approximately 10 hours. Once the meat is tender and pulled apart, spread some onto a baking sheet and broil until it develops a slight char for extra crispiness.View original recipe
