Ravioli w/ Truffle Parmesan Sauce

We sat out on are deck with the cool fall air and devoured this meal. Not sure how, but the sauce is deeply rich in flavor and yet still light to pair with ravioli. Serve with a glass of your favorite wine and you won’t be disappointed!

What you need

pinch salt

cup parmesan cheese

cup heavy cream

tbsp vegetable oil

tbsp truffle oil

garlic
sage

shallot

ravioli
Instructions
Chop the shallot, sage and garlic. If adding, slice the prosciutto and brown in a pan. In a separate pan heat the oil, add the shallot and cook for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more. Add the cream and S&P, bring to simmer then remove heat and stir in the Parmesan and Truffle Oil. As it thickens boil your ravioli. Stir in the sage to the sauce, and add it all to a plate!View original recipe
