Rosemary Garlic Butter Pork Chops

If that isn’t the most creative name, idk what is lol! At least it describes exactly what this meal is.. and it is delicious! We served with mashed potatoes and green beans! What would you serve with it?

What you need

tsp salt

pepper

tbsp cooking oil

bone-in pork chops

cup chicken stock

cup plain flour

clove garlic clove
lemon

tbsp rosemary

tbsp butter
Instructions
Season pork chops generously on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge in flour and shake off the excess. In a pan, add 1T oil and 1T butter. Once hot, add the pork chops. Cook for 4 minutes and flip. Finishing cooking through and remove. In the same pan, add the rosemary and garlic (there should be a little grease remaining). Cook for 30 seconds and then add the chicken stock, butter and lemon juice. Once meted and bubbling, add the cooked pork chops and spoon over the sauce!View original recipe
