What you need

cup flour

oz butter

oz sesame seed

tbsp brown sugar

lb salmon
cup cooked rice

tbsp teriyaki sauce

tsp salt & pepper

fried onions

tsp sriracha hot sauce

tsp garlic powder

tbsp mayonnaise

tsp salt
Instructions
Remove the skin from your salmon and cut into cubes. Add to a bowl with the salt and teriyaki sauce, stir, and set aside. Cook the rice. Make your crispy onions by coating them in flour, salt, and pepper, then cooking in butter (or use pre-made crispy onions/shallots). Preheat the oven to low broil. In a baking dish, add the cooked rice, then place the salmon over the rice. Sprinkle on the garlic powder and brown sugar. Bake for 6-7 minutes. Once baked, top with sliced avocado, spicy mayo (made by mixing mayo and sriracha), and sesame seeds. Enjoy!View original recipe
