Salmon With Lemon Cream Sauce

What you need

clove garlic

lb salmon

salt & pepper
tbsp oil

tbsp butter

fresh thyme

cup heavy cream

cup chicken broth
lemon
Instructions
1 Chop the shallot and mince the garlic. 2 Slice the salmon into 3 or 4 pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 3 In your pan, heat the oil and add the salmon skin side up. 4 After 4-5 minutes (or less, depending on how you like it cooked), flip. It should be nice and golden. 5 Cook for a minute or two more, depending on the thickness, and then remove and tent with foil. 6 Add the butter and melt. Cook the shallot and garlic. Then slowly add the remaining ingredients, stirring in between each. 7 As it thickens, add the salmon back to the pan, skin side down, to reheat. 8 Plate and serve with your favorite sides. 9 Enjoy!View original recipe
