cup salsa verde
tsp salt

tsp ground cumin

tbsp olive oil

tsp pepper

chicken breast

lime

oz pepperjack cheese
Instructions
Slice the chicken breast so they are thinner (or pound them). In a bowl, mix the salsa, olive oil, juice from 1 lime, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour (2 hours is recommended). Preheat your grill. Cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes per side. When flipping, add the spicy cheese halfway through the second side's cooking time. Remove from the grill and let rest.
