Sausage & Panko Jalapeño Poppers

Who doesn’t love a good popper? I add cooked sausage and some buttery Panko to make them extra delicious!!

What you need

salted butter

grated parmesan cheese
lb sausage

oz cream cheese

jalapeno

garlic
Instructions
Halve and core your jalapeños and add them to a baking sheet. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Parmesan, and garlic powder. Cook your sausage until browned and in a separate bowl, mix together the Panko and melted butter. Fill each popper with a small spoonful of the cheese mixture. Top with the sausage and panko.
