Sausage Penne A La Vodka

What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp cooking oil

tsp pepper

cup heavy cream

tsp red pepper flake
lb sausage

oz italian tomatoes

tsp table salt

oz vodka

clove garlic clove

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
Boil some salted water and cook the pasta until Al dente. If adding meat, cook your meat and remove. Blend the San Marzano Tomatoes until smooth. In a large pan, heat the oil and butter. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the tomato sauce, vodka, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer for 3-4 minutes. Turn the heat to low and add the cream and Parmesan. Once incorporated add the meat back and toss in the pasta. Serve with more Parmesan.View original recipe
