What you need

oz potato gnocchi

oz pesto

tbsp olive oil

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp red pepper flake

pt cherry tomato

lb sausage

tsp table salt
Instructions
0 In a pan, lightly cook the sausage. 1 While that cooks, halve the cherry tomatoes. 2 Find a baking sheet and add the uncooked gnocchi, cooked sausage, tomatoes, oil and spices. 3 Toss them all together so they are well mixed. 4 Bake at 425° for 25 minutes (flipping and mixing once). 5 When done, mix in the pesto and top with fresh mozzarella and red pepper flakes. 6 Enjoy!View original recipe
