Short Rib and Mushroom Pappardelle

We love short ribs so much so I continue to try and recreate ways to keep it fresh! Enter this pasta dish. While the total cook time is long, this dish is pretty easy to recreate! I hope you give it a try! Save it and tag me if you do!

What you need

garlic

pepper

tsp salt

bunch parsley

onion
mushrooms

fresh thyme
tbsp fresh tarragon

tbsp plain flour
cup Crushed Tomatoes

cup red wine

oz pasta
Instructions
1. Salt and pepper the short ribs, sear them, and then remove them from the pot. 2. Add onion, mushrooms, and garlic to the pot and cook for 10 minutes. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of flour, parsley, 10 sprigs of thyme, 1 tablespoon of chopped tarragon, 2 cups of red wine, and 1 cup of crushed tomatoes to the pot. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil. 5. Place the pot in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 2.5 hours. 6. Shred the short ribs and add them back into the sauce. 7. Serve the short rib and mushroom mixture over pasta.View original recipe
