Shredded Beef Ragu - SAVE! Got a lot of feedback on this one, so here you go! Feel free to adjust to your liking, but this is a great slow cooked, weekend recipe!

What you need

carrot

cup red wine

cup beef broth

tbsp tomato paste

oz canned diced tomatoes

pasta

oz parmesan cheese

celery

tsp salt & pepper
tbsp vegetable oil

clove garlic clove

lb chuck steak

shallot
Instructions
Cut the beef into chunks and season with salt and pepper. Sear in a pot and remove. Add the oil, then shallot. Cook and add the remaining veggies. Add the tomato paste and then the wine. Then the remaining ingredients (except the pasta). Cook for a few hours until fork tender. Serve over pasta with fresh Parmesan!View original recipe
