Skillet Chicken Pot Pie

What you need

cup chicken stock

cup onion

cup celery

cup corn

tsp garlic powder
egg

cup shredded chicken

tsp table salt

cup plain flour

butter

cup peas

tsp celery salt

puff pastry

cup milk

cup carrot
Instructions
Heat the oven to 425. In a cast iron or oven safe pan, melt the butter. Add the veggies and cook until soft. Add the flour, salt and pepper, celery salt, garlic powder mix together and cook for 2 mins. Slowly incorporate the milk and then the chicken stock. Add the peas and chicken. Top with the puff pastry or crust. Whisk an egg and baste the top, then bake for 25 mins. Time to eat! Enjoy!View original recipe
