1 coconut milk

1 soy sauce

1 chili sauce

1 sriracha

1 potato starch

1 brown sugar

2 oz water

1 bbq sauce
Instructions
0 Trim the fat of your pork shoulder 1 Mix all the rub ingredients together and coat all sides of the pork. In a pan with hot oil, sear each side of the meat for 4-5 minutes 2 Meanwhile, mix all the sauce ingredients together for sauce #1 in a bowl 3 Add the seared pork to a slow cooker, pour over the sauce, cook low and slow for 8-10 hours 4 Remove the meat, shred it. Pour any remaining sauce in a pan and add the other ingredients for sauce #2. Simmer for 5-10 minutes then pour over the shredded pork 5 Top with sesame seeds and serve with the side of your choice.
