Slow Cooker Korean Style Pot Roast

Slow Cooker Korean Style Pot Roast may be a new hit for your family this week! Little prep up front to enhance the flavors, but the set it and forget it for a dinner time ready meal! Pro tip is to broil the meat before serving! We served with rice and roasted broccoli.

What you need
fl oz oil

tsp salt

in fresh ginger

onion

tbsp sriracha hot sauce

cup beef broth

cup soy sauce

lb pot roast

clove garlic clove

cup brown sugar
Instructions
Cut the beef into smaller chunks and season well with salt and pepper on all sides. Add oil to a pan and sear each side for 2 minutes. Remove. Add more oil and cook the sliced onion for 5 minutes. Then add the minced garlic and ginger and cook for another minute. Add all to your slow cooker and pour over the sauce mixture (1C Beef Broth, 1/4C brown sugar, 1/2C soy sauce, 1T sriracha).
