What you need

soy sauce

worcestershire sauce

pepper

salt

garlic powder

onion powder
Instructions
1 Trim any excess fat off the meat and put in freezer for 20 minutes (this will make it easier to slice) 2 Remove the meat and thinly slice into strips against the grain (as thin as possible!) 3 Lightly tenderize the strips of meat and add to a 1 gallon ziploc bag 4 Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to the bag and shake it up well. Place in the fridge and let marinate for 4 hours 5 Pre-heat the grill to 190 degrees. Once at temp, lay out the beef and cook for 2 hours.
