What you need

fl oz cooking oil

tsp salt

hamburger bun

cup plain flour

cup buttermilk

tsp cayenne pepper

tbsp hot sauce

cup mayo

slice cheese

tbsp poultry seasoning

tsp celery salt

tbsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp cajun seasoning
chicken breast

tsp paprika
Instructions
For the Chicken Marinade: Add chicken breasts, buttermilk, 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, and 1 tablespoon hot sauce to a bowl and rest for 2-3 hours. For the Breading: In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning, 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne, 1/2 teaspoon celery salt, and salt and pepper to taste. For the Spicy Mayo: In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup mayo, 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, 2 tablespoons hot sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon paprika. Cooking the Chicken: When the chicken is ready, add a few tablespoons of the buttermilk mixture to the breading and stir together to create clumps. Toss and coat the chicken pieces thoroughly with the breading. Heat your oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit in a deep pan or fryer and fry the chicken until cooked through and golden brown. Once cooked, if desired, melt some cheese on the hot chicken. Assembly: Spread the spicy mayo on a bun, place the chicken on top, and enjoy!View original recipe
