Combine flank steak, oil, lime juice, cumin, salt, chili powder, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a ziploc bag. Mix well to coat the steak and marinade for at least 4 hours, or ideally all day. When ready to cook, sauté sliced onions and peppers, optionally using some of the marinade for extra flavor. Cook the marinated flank steak to your desired doneness (e.g., grill, pan-fry), then slice against the grain.
