Sticky Garlic Chicken

What you need

cup rice
chicken breast

pinch pepper

tbsp hoisin sauce

clove garlic clove

tbsp fresh ginger
egg

tbsp sriracha hot sauce

cup panko breadcrumbs

pinch salt

cup soy sauce

cup honey
Instructions
First, cut two chicken breasts into cubes. Coat them with salt and pepper, then dip into an egg and roll in panko breadcrumbs. Bake the panko-crusted chicken for 20 minutes at 400°F (200°C). While the chicken bakes, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, and 1 tablespoon sriracha. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Once the chicken is baked, add it to the simmering sauce and coat thoroughly.
