These sticky honey garlic meatballs are absolutely delicious and will be added into the regular lineup. They can even be made into miniature versions for an appetizer!
For the Meatballs: Mix together 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Form the mixture into 1.5 inch balls. Add them to a greased baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
For the Honey Garlic Sauce: Mix together 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon starch, and 2 tablespoons water. Add the mixture to a saucepan and simmer for around 4 minutes, or until desired thickness is reached.
Finally, add the cooked meatballs into the sauce, toss to coat, and enjoy!
