Super Easy Chicken Lo Mein

We have been super busy this week, so I wanted to create another easy version of chicken lo Mein especially because I love tweaking things!

What you need

skinless boneless chicken breast

extra-virgin olive oil

black peppercorn
coarse sea salt

chicken broth

hoisin sauce

soy sauce

cornstarch

sesame oil
light-brown sugar
ginger root

garlic

egg noodles
Instructions
Slice the veggies, dice the chicken. In a wok, add 1T Oil and the chicken. Season with S&P to taste, cook and remove when done. Add 1T oil and the veggies. Cook until soft and golden. Boil your pasta til Al dente. Add the remaining ingredients in to a bowl for the sauce. When the pasta is done, add it to the veggies. Pour in the sauce and simmer to thicken. Toss in the chicken to re-warm. Serve with toasted sesame seeds!View original recipe
