This is a super simple sushi stack recipe that can be made with any type of seafood. The key is the 'magic sauce' and layering the ingredients in a bowl before flipping onto a plate and topping with sriracha mayo, sesame seeds, and avocado.

What you need

oz sesame seed

tbsp rice vinegar

fl oz lemon juice

meat

tbsp sesame oil

fl oz mayo
cup cooked rice

tsp soy sauce
Instructions
First, make the magic sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil, 2 tablespoons of Rice Vinegar, 4 teaspoons of Soy Sauce, and the juice and zest from half a lemon. To build the stack, use a bowl or small container. Add 1/3 cup of cooked rice to the bottom. Drizzle some of the magic sauce over the rice. Add a layer of your chosen meat (e.g., seafood). Add another 1/3 cup of cooked rice. Drizzle again with sauce. Carefully flip the stack onto a plate. Finally, top with Sriracha Mayo, sesame seeds, and avocado.View original recipe
