Instructions
Thinly slice the beef. For the marinade, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, and 1/4 teaspoon ginger and onion powder in a bag. Add the thinly sliced beef to the bag, shake to coat, and marinade for at least 1 hour. Remove the meat from the marinade and skewer it for grilling. Chop up your vegetables (e.g., poblano, onion, and carrots). Cook the vegetables until almost done, then add the remaining juice from the beef marinade and cook for at least 4 more minutes.
