Teriyaki Salmon w/ Sriracha Mayo! Bringing this one back around because I realized I never put the recipe in the post (and I wanted to make it again)! Simple. Delicious. Ingredients: 1/4C Soy Sauce 1T Rice Vinegar 1T Sugar 1/2t Garlic Powder 1/2t Ginger 1/8C Water 1t Flour Salt and Pepper the salmon filets Heat a cast iron skillet on medium Add the soy sauce, rice seasoning Add the sugar, garlic, ginger Bring to simmer Stir together the water and flour Slowly mix in to the sauce Add the salmon skin side down Baste the salmon in the sauce Bake at 375 for 20 mins Rest and serve!! What you need

pepper
salmon fillet

tsp ground ginger

tsp plain flour

tbsp table sugar

cup water

tsp garlic powder

cup soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
Salt and Pepper the salmon filets. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium. Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar (assuming "rice seasoning" is a typo for "rice vinegar"). Add the sugar, garlic, and ginger. Bring to simmer. Stir together the water and flour. Slowly mix the flour mixture into the sauce. Add the salmon skin side down. Baste the salmon in the sauce. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
