What you need

tsp crushed red pepper

ginger root

garlic

cup rice vinegar

cup soy sauce

rice noodles

carrot

broccoli

snow peas

tbsp dark sesame oil

lb flank steak
Instructions
Thinly slice your flank steak and then cut into chunks. Cut your carrots and broccoli. In a wok or pan, heat the sesame oil, add the beef and cook until browned. Add in the veggies and cook until soft (3-5 mins). Boil your rice or rice noodles. Mix together the sauce (soy, water, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes). When the veggies are soft add in the sauce and simmer for 3-5 mins. Mix the water and starch and add. Remove heat, once at stored thickness, add the noodles. Enjoy!!View original recipe
