What you need

1 sesame oil

1 snow peas

1 carrot

1 broccoli

10 oz cooked rice noodles

1 soy sauce

1 water

1 rice vinegar

2 clove garlic

1 red pepper flake

1 potato starch

1 water

0 Thinly slice you flank steak. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Thinly slice the carrots. And prep any other veggies you want to add 1 In your wok, heat the sesame oil. Add the beef and cook until browned (about 5 minutes) 2 Add in the veggies and cook until soft (3-5 minutes) 3 In the meantime, cook your rice or rice noodles and mix the sauce (everything except the starch and 1/3C Water). In a different bowl mix the starch and water 4 When the veggies are soft, add in the sauce and simmer for 3-5minutes. Then add the starch mixture.
