0 Mince the garlic, chop the shallot, chop the broccoli and shred the carrots 4 Cook your rice per brand instructions 1 In a bowl add the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, garlic, and ginger 2 In your wok, add a little oil and cook the shallot until soft 3 Add the turkey and cook until about halfway done. Add in the garlic, broccoli, and carrots.
