Thai Basil Chicken Bowls
Thai Basil Chicken Bowls If you like easy, this one is done in less than 20 minutes. If you can’t find fresh Thai chilies you can always chop up some dried ones! Ingredients: 3T Sugar 3T Oyster Sauce 2T Soy Sauce 2T Fish Oil 2T Oil 1 Red Pepper, Chopped 8oz Green Beans 1lb Chicken (cut into pieces) 1 Shallot, Chopped 4 Cloves Garlic, minced 4 Thai Chilies, Chopped 1/2C Chopped Thai Basil Rice Sesame Seeds Mix the sugar, oyster, soy, and fish sauces together. In a pan or wok, heat the oil and cook the beans and peppers for 2 mins. Add the chicken and cook until just barely cooked through (6 mins). Stir in the shallots, garlic and chilies (cook for 1 minute) pour on the sauce and coat the chicken and cook till it starts to reduce (5 mins). Add the basil and heat until slightly wilted. Build your bowl and eat! Enjoy!

tbsp vegetable oil

tbsp table sugar

thai chili

tbsp oyster sauce

oz green beans

clove garlic clove

tbsp soy sauce
