The Best Chicken Fajitas Ever!!

I always like to play around with different marinades for chicken and beef and this one is an absolute winner!! Kids were happy, wife was happy… can’t beat that! Save this one and let me know what you think!

What you need

can refried beans

red pepper

oz cotija cheese
yellow pepper

onion

corn tortilla

tbsp lime juice

boneless chicken breast halves

tbsp garlic powder

tsp paprika

tsp pepper

cup avocado oil

tbsp honey

tbsp chili powder
Instructions
Add the chicken to a Ziploc bag. In a bowl, mix together the avocado oil, chili powder, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper. Pour this marinade over the chicken in the bag. Marinate for at least 4 hours. Throw the chicken on your grill and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Grill the sliced onions and peppers. Build your fajitas with the cooked chicken, grilled veggies, corn tortillas, sour cream, refried beans, and cotija cheese. Enjoy!View original recipe
