This recipe features high-quality ribeye, caramelized onions and mushrooms, and a zesty garlic aioli, all served on toasted French bread with fresh arugula.

What you need

bunch arugula

tsp salt

tsp garlic salt

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp mayonnaise

clove garlic clove
oz mushrooms

tsp red pepper flake
Instructions
Season the ribeye steak with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Grill to your desired temperature. In a pan, add the sliced onion, mushrooms, butter, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Slowly cook until golden brown. For the aioli, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and pepper. Toast the French bread.
