What you need

cup soy sauce

onion

tbsp cooking oil

clove garlic clove
boneless chicken breast

tbsp sesame oil

cup cooked rice

pinch salt & pepper

carrot
egg
Instructions
Heat the oil and add the diced chicken. Season with a little salt and pepper, cook through and remove. Add the sesame oil, carrots and onion. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the garlic and peas. Once warmed stir back in the cooked chicken and push to one side of the pan. Crack the eggs, scramble, cook and mix together. In goes the rice and soy sauce. Mix and eat!View original recipe
