Tomato Basil Pasta w/ Balsamic Chicken

This recipe tastes like a weekend meal, but can be easily prepped and made on any weeknight! The chicken is mouth watering and the fresh tomatoes in the pasta are a perfect balance!

What you need

tsp salt & pepper

tsp red pepper flake
cup pasta water

tbsp balsamic vinegar
chicken breast

oz pasta
tbsp vegetable oil

clove garlic clove

cherry tomato

shallot

tbsp pesto

tsp honey
Instructions
Marinate the chicken in the honey, balsamic, and pesto. Boil the noodles til Al dente. Heat the oil and cook the shallot for a minute. Add the garlic and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. Once they blister, add the tomatoes and thin out with pasta water as needed. Grill the chicken and slice. Plate and eat!View original recipe
