What you need

cup sour cream

butter

cup shredded cheddar

oz cheese

tsp table salt
potato

cup full fat milk
Instructions
Bake your potatoes until cooked through. Slice off the top quarter of each potato and scoop out the cooked potato flesh into a bowl. Add the butter, sour cream, whole milk, shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the scooped potato flesh. Stir all ingredients together until well combined. Fill the empty potato skins (the "potato boats") with the mixture. Cover the filled potatoes with more cheese. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. Enjoy!View original recipe
