What you need
cup cooked rice

tsp salt

tsp ground cumin

can canned diced tomatoes
lb sausage

onion

tsp chipotle chili powder

clove garlic clove

red bell pepper
Instructions
Dice the peppers and onion. Mince the garlic. Partially cook the sausage. Get the rice cooking. Add the diced peppers and onion to the sausage and cook for 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and chipotle chili powder. Add the diced fire roasted tomatoes and heat through for about 3-5 minutes.
